For in-store pick-up, we will only release the order to a third party upon confirmation from you through our various communication channels that someone is collecting for you, or if we have proof(order notification email) that the individual is picking it up on your behalf.
Your purchase will be delivered within 3 hours , if you make your order between 8:00 am and 6.00 p.m, Monday to Sunday. If you purchase after 6.00 p.m delivery will be done the next day and In the event we face challenges with delivery, you will be notified at the earliest time possible

The ordering process is very simple:
1.Select your location and your nearest store
2.Search and add your products to Cart.
3.Check out and provide your delivery details
4.Select your preferred mode of payment and complete your order
5.Receive your delivery within 3 hours
Send a photo of your prescription to our Whats App number 0715 703 000,and speak to one of our pharmacists for verification and availability.Once your preferred store location is agreed and payment made via the till number provided,prescription will be dispensed for pick up at store or delivered to your nominated address
