The non-drowsy formula designed for daytime use combines acetaminophen, to relieve head and body aches and reduce fever, phenylephrine HCl to relieve nasal congestion, the expectorant guaifenesin to loosen phlegm and make coughs more productive, and dextromethorphan HBr to suppress coughs. The liquid severe cold and flu medicine for adults soothes with a gentle warming sensation and honey lemon flavor.
